7. Add value all the time.
8. If everything is equally important, then nothing is important.

Tips for Business Analysts
1. Don’t over-think a problem.
2. Start with what you know; then remove the unknowns.
3. It all comes down to a working solution.
4. Don’t over-think a problem.
5. Dive really deep into something, but don’t get hung up.
